A: Responder/Keyholder is a neighbor, friend or relative who can respond to the protected location and either provide the protected person with assistance, or allow access for the emergency services.

Q: What areas does Protect911 Services cover?

A: Protect911 Services can protect anyone in the continental United States, and Canada. All that is needed is a modular phone jack and a power outlet.

Q: How fast can I have a system setup?

A: Protect911 Services can have a Personal Emergency Response System delivered in as little as 1 business day* to no more than 3 business days* anywhere nationwide!
*Excludes weekends and holidays.

Q: How do I sign up for service?

A: Call toll free 1-877-690-3963.  Every Protect911 Emergency Response System protection profile is set up by a corporate employee that does it EVERYDAY-not just occasionally. They are professionally trained to think of every   possible detail to assure you or your loved one the highest level of personal protection.

Q: How do you bill for services, and can you invoice someone else besides the protected person?

A: Protect911 Services provides many billing options to suit your needs: quarterly, semi-annually, and annual. Protect911 Services will gladly invoice a second party for service (i.e. son in CA pays for mom's service in DC). Also billing to Trust Departments, Banks or payment services is no problem. Credit cards welcome.

Q: Can information be changed or updated after a system is set-up?

A: Yes, anytime and as many times as needed at no charge!!

Q: What type of "help" pendant or transmitters are available?

A: Protect911 Services provides a "WATERPROOF"
necklace transmitter.

Q: Can more than 1 person be protected at a location and how much extra will it cost?

A: Yes, Protect911 Services can and will provide protection, for example a husband and wife. Only 1 extra transmitter is required at a one time cost of $22.00. The monitoring service fee remains the same.

Q: Who provides maintenance or repair if it is needed, and who pays?

A: Protect911 Services is responsible for all service and repair as well as battery replacements at no extra cost, no annual maintenance fees, no extra anything!!

Q: What is Protect911 Central?

A: Protect911 Central is a highly sophisticated "Fort Knox" like operations center where all "HELP" signals are received. There, highly trained operators assess your situation and respond with the proper help. Protect911 Central never closes or shuts down nor can it be shut down. EVERY system is backed up by another identical system insuring we are always there for you or someone you love!

Q: How will Emergency Personnel gain access to my home if my front door is locked?

A: Protect911 Services can provide you with a key lockbox in which to place a key to your door. The key lockbox is a secure box which easily attaches to your home. Local emergency personnel are given the combination to the  key lockbox so they can quickly get a key to your home in the event of an emergency. The key lockbox can also be used so that family members or friends can readily get a key to your home when necessary. There is a one-time fee for the purchase of the key lockbox.
